Depression treatment

Depression can negatively affect how you feel, think and behave. Symptoms can vary in severity, frequency and duration. If you experience some of the following nearly every day for at least 2 weeks you may be struggling with depression.

• Feeling sad, anxious
• Feeling hopeless, worthless 
• Crying a lot
• Feeling irritated easily
• Loss of interest in things you used to enjoy
• Lack of energy and fatigue
